Description of Service
GigaQR provides a platform for creating, customizing, and managing dynamic QR codes with analytics and redirect capabilities. Features and limits vary by plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Account and Eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the service. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GigaQR for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes. Prohibited uses include: spam, phishing, malware, infringing intellectual property, violating privacy, or misleading end users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Payment and Subscription
Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. We may change pricing with notice.
Intellectual Property
GigaQR and its content, features, and branding are owned by us. You retain ownership of your QR code content and data. By using the service, you grant us a license to process and store your content as needed to provide the service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any reason with notice. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. We may retain data as required by law or our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
